Understanding FuturePrints
Your Monthly Business Transaction Report
|
A FuturePrint is the computerized statement that is issued each month to all subscribing Communicators. It lists your sponsor and all the Comms in your sales organization, including the two subscribers whose bonuses to you the computer has suspended for the month. It also lists all your current customers and the total amount of their purchases for the month, plus the net amount of your commission for those sales.
Those Comms in your first level are indicated by a “1” in the Level column of your Future Print. Those who have been suspended for the month are listed in the Suspended Comms section of your FuturePrint. Only a maximum of two Comms will ever be suspended on your FuturePrint. All the rest will produce a $10.00 bonus for you beginning with their second month of active subscription. Thus, if you had 100 activeComms in your sales organization, two would be suspended and 98 would produce a $10.00 bonus for you each month. Those who are subscribing for their very first month will appear in the New and Inactive Comms section of your FuturePrint. (The $10.00 bonus for new Comms begins the second month that they actively subscribe and they will move from the New and Inactive Comms serction to the Active Comms section of your FuturePrint, if they continue to subscribe.) The other type of Comm that can appear in the New and Inactive section of the FuturePrint (if such a section appears on your FuturePrint in the current month) are individuals whose credit card was unbillable for the month. (The credit card they have on file may have expired, or the Comm may have reached their credit limit.) In the event of an unbillable credit card, a member of Future World’s staff will contact all Comms with unbillable cards for you and attempt to correct this situation. If the Comm’s card becomes billable again or if they present a new card for payment, they will again appear on your FuturePrint with the appropriate level number in their level column and will again produce a $10.00 monthly bonus for you. If this issue is not resolved, they will not appear on your FuturePrint in susequent months. Should a Comm elect to suspend or cancel their subscription, they will also cease to appear on your FuturePrint. If any of your customers have decided to become Comms, they will also appear in the New Comms section of your FuturePrint the first month, and in the Active Comms section in subsequent months. If your first level Comms have enrolled subscribers or Comms of their own, two of the Comms that they have recruited will also appear on your Future Print each month, with a “2” in their level column.
The five digit sponsor number for these Level 2 Comms will be the number of the level one Communicator who introduced them to the program. As your organization grows, you will find subscribers on your Future Print with higher and higher level numbers as the computer rolls up the suspended subscribers from deeper and deeper within your organization and credits the growing number of subscription bonuses to your account. If you’ve chosen not to participate in the free, but optional, Comm Bonus Program, or if you currently have no other Comms in your sales organization, the Communicator sections of your FuturePrint will not appear. Unless you have specifically elected NOT to participate in the Comm Bonus Program, you are automatically included in this program and any new Comms or customers who convert to Comms will begin producing Bonus income for you, as described above.
Below the Communicator Section of your FuturePrint is the Customer section, which display the name, address, and phone number (if available) of each customer who made a purchase during the month as a result of your promotional efforts, via catalogs, advertising, direct mail, or the Internet. This section will only appear if you actually have customer sales for the transaction month reported by the FuturePrint. The amount listed is the total amount each customer purchased. This amount, multiplied by your level of commission (currently 50% less any collection expenses) is the amount that will appear on the total Commissions line in the earnings summary block of your FuturePrint.
The Payment Summary block at the bottom of your Future Print lists the total number of subscribers whose bonuses are payable to you from all available levels, at $10.00 per unsuspended Comm. Next, total commissions for all customer purchases made from your personalized Future World Web Site, or from printed or digital catalogs you've mailed or from ads you've placed, are listed. Next Gross Earnings, (Total Bonuses plus Total Commissions) are listed. Next, credits for any personal purchases you've made during the month by cash, check or money order are listed. If you paid for any personal purchases with a credit card, the discount or commission due you will have been indicated on the invoice generated at the time of your order and only the net, "after commission" amount will have actually been billed to your card. Direct credit for your personal credit card purchases with Future World gives you instant commission credit for all personal credit card purchases. And, as a result, personal purchases made by credit card will not appear on your monthly FuturePrint. However, if you use your credit card to pay for purchases that are to be sent directly to your customers, these sales will be billed at the full retail price and the transaction and the commission will appear on your FuturePrint. Finally, the cost of your monthly Future World subscription, if it has not been prepaid, is subtracted from Gross Earnings. The total of these three values, bonuses, commissions, and personal purchase credits less the cost of your subscription equals your Total Earnings This Month.
If your subscription has expired with the current Future Fortune issue or you are paying for your Future Fortune issues on a month-to-month basis, then the cost of the next Future Fortune issue is deducted from total earnings. And, you are either billed or paid by an enclosed check depending on whether total earnings are less than or greater than the cost of the next Future Fortune issue.
If earnings exceed the cost of next month's issue, the remaining earnings are credited to your credit card, making the funds available for your immediate use or reducing the amount you will owe the credit card company for other purchases on your next credit card statement. Once your total commission and bonuses exceed $300.00 per month, you can choose to be paid by check instead of credit to your card, if you prefer. Subscribers outside the United States may wish continue to receiving payment by credit card credit, since it eliminates any bank charges or foreign exchange fees associated with negotiating a foreign check in U.S. funds. Also, the exchange rate on credit card transactions is extremely favorable.
