The cloning engine is in the process of adding 210 products to your Internet Showroom. Several dozen more will automatically be added in the next 30 to 60 days.

 

Q: How do you decide which products to include in the Future World product line?


A: One of the greatest advantages your products offer is that they can be shipped to all 195 nations in the free world. Many types of products, such as computers, electrical appliances, food, drugs, cosmetics, and many other can't be readily shipped to most of the nations of the world because of import restrictions, tariff barriers, incompatible electical requirements, etc. Information products are one of the few merchandise categories that can be shipped almost anywhere in the world.

Some countries impose a few restrictions even within this widely accepted information product group, including products with radical religious, political, or pornographic content. Anything in these restricted or sensitive groups has been excluded from the Future World product line to insure that the products we do offer for you will have the widest acceptability and the largest worldwide marketability.

The products in the current Future World can be shipped virtually anywhere in the world. This is important, because your customers have friends in other countries. When they discover a business that ships everywhere, worldwide, they tell their friends about it. Without even advertising outside the United States, we have developed a customer base in more than 102 different countries. As your business grows, it is likely to become increasing international in scope, mostly because you welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Future World's current product categories include: self-help, sales and marketing, self-publishing, computers, business opportunities and entrepreneurship, mental development, self-discovery, subliminals, health, motivation, digital clip-art, import-export, and more.

 

Q: Have you done anything else to insure that the products in my showroom will have universal market appeal?


A: Yes. We've focused primarily on books and audiocassette tapes in English, the world's most popular language (spoken by over 2,000,000,000 people). Audiocassettes use a universal standard that allows them to work in virtually every cassette player on the planet. Many more people who want to learn English, in many countries of the world, will order your products just to get practice at listening to English using a medium that they can replay as often as they wish until they understand completely. Products in other languages my be offered in the months and year ahead. But, our current emphasis is on English. We feel that this is especially well-founded since 98% of Internet content is currently in English.

 

Q: Do I have to pay extra or suffer a reduction in commission when a product is sent to a customer in a foreign country?


A: No. Your commission remains the same no matter where in the world your merchandise is sent.

 

Q: When will new products be added to my catalog showroom?


A: New products are added every month, automatically. All the web programming to add the pages for these new products and include them in the automated on-line ordering database is done for you free as part of your ongoing subscription. You'll be notified of new products in each monthly issue of the Future World UPDATE Newsletter, including a thorough description and quantity discount pricing.

 

Q: Do the products I offer carry any kind of a guarantee to my customers?


A: Yes. Offering a guarantee of satisfaction helps increase customer confidence and also increases total orders. Information merchandise, unlike other kinds of products, does have an unusual characteristic. Once a customer has read or listened to it, he or she has received the value it offers. So, any guarantee must be careful not to make merchandise so easy to return that your business become just a lending library. So, we have created the following guarantee that protects customer satisfaction as well as your own financial interests:

FUTURE WORLD'S 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All merchandise in this Catalog is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, simply return the item in new, resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase (the invoice date) for 100% credit. Use this credit toward any other Future World Catalog merchandise for a full six-months from the date of order. (Shipping and handling costs are, of course, nonrefundable.) To return an item, simply call Future World at (972) 399-8400 during telephone hours to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and write it on the outside of your returning parcel. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us in damaged or unsalable condition. So, please package returned merchandise carefully. We take great care in wrapping and protecting merchandise we ship to you. However, in the unlikely event that it should arrive in damaged condition, you are, again, completely protected. Please indicate that you wish to return a damaged item when you call for an RMA. When the item reaches us, we will immediately replace it with a new duplicate item, free.

 

Q: What if my customers prefer not to order directly from the Internet? What other ways can they place orders for merchandise offered in my Future World showroom?


A: Here is a complete list of ordering options and shipping policies.

By Phone: Call (972) 399-8400 anytime, 24-hours a day to place an order using your credit card. MasterCard, Access, VISA, American Express, Diner's Club, and Carte Blanche are accepted. If you need to speak with a Live Operator, please call between 10AM and 4 PM Central Time (4 to 6 PM and 8 to 10 PM Greenwich/London Time), Monday through Thursday, except on U.S. Holidays. At all other times, you can place your order with Tamàra, Future World's 24-hour, multi-line, electronic operator. Simply fill out an order form, then dial (972) 399-8400. When Tamàra answers and indicates she is ready to record your transmission, simply read all the information from a completed order form. Also, providing the number inside the large yellow square, if present, is very important. Please spell out any names, streets, cities, etc. Then, keep the order form as a permanent hard copy of your order. By calling when long distance phone rates are lowest you can place your order for as little as 25 cents within the U.S., or as little as $1.00 from most other countries. If you live in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the UK you may dial TOLL FREE and save all telephone charges. (See page 29)

By Fax: Call (972) 399-8300 anytime, 24-hours a day to fax in your completed order form with payment by credit card. Faxes and recorded voice orders are received and stored on secure equipment in Future World's Accounting Division to assure that your order and credit card information always remains confidential.

By Mail: Send your order to Post Office Box 153588 o Irving o TX o 75015-3588 o USA. Checks, money orders, banker's cashier checks, postal money orders, cash and the six listed major credit cards are accepted as payment with mail orders. Checks should be in U.S. Dollars only using a check form that bears a machine-readable magnetic sorting number. Credit card transactions are automatically converted to U.S. Dollars without any service charge to you. (Non-negotiable checks or unauthorized credit card charge-backs are subject to a $25.00 accounting fee, plus collection costs.)

By E-Mail: Send your order to sales@future-world.com. Please include all the information requested on the order form in your e-mail transmission. Payment options are the same as with phone and fax orders. E-mail orders are promptly confirmed by e-mail, free.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We move fast! Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after reaching us. Within the U.S., orders are sent by First Class, Priority Mail or UPS depending on weight and distance. If you provide only a post office box address, your order can only be sent by mail. U.S. customers may opt for faster (48 hour) UPS BLue or Fed Ex service for 20% of retail ($10.00 minimum fee. Remember to include your Street Address and check the Fast Delivery Box.) Outside the US, we always use Fast Airmail Delivery automatically. Airmail delivery time worldwide is about 6 to 12 days (plus any delay in Customs).

REORDERS

Once you've placed an order with us, future orders are easy. We keep your order information on file in our central computer. So, there is no need to resubmit this information unless it has changed. For voice, fax, and e-mail reorders, you may simply provide your name, your five or six-digit customer number, and the code numbers of the items you wish to order. You can often place voice reorders by phone in seconds. You may photocopy the Order Form for fax and mail orders if desired. For orders of more than 14 items, please use additional paper as needed.

 

Q: What if one of my customers orders again. Will I receive a commission on this follow-up sale?


A: Yes. This is one of the most important features of the Future World program. For as long as you remain a subscriber to the Future World program, all additional merchandise sales generated by your Internet Showroom or any of your other advertising or promotion efforts will be credited to you at full commission.

Some customers buy a dozen or more times each year. Other customers order virtually every product we offer. From the very first sale, we link each new customer to your account number in our master computer to assure that all follow-on sales will be properly credited to you. Follow-on sales is where most of your profit will come from. The longer you are in business the larger your follow-on sales volume will be. Our customer support staff does everything possible to insure that your customers become long-term repeat buyers, because customer satisfaction is the key to your long-term financial success, as well as ours.
